Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket

We went to check in at night by 12 pm and we booked the hotel for 2 days via booking.com at a non refundable terms. And for some reason we had to leave early by the next morning. The staff humbly received us and understood our problem and they packed breakfast for us at 5 am in the morning and also managed to cancel our extra night and charged only for one night. It was very reasonable and understanding behaviour. The hotel ambience was exquisite. We would like to thank Mr Bhavay and Chhavi for their help. We would definitely love to stay there again soon.....

I stayed at the Hilton for the first time, I had only pleasant impressions. The breakfast was great, I also took dinners - everything was fresh and delicious. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff who will fulfill any of your requests and are always sincerely glad to see you. All the staff speaks excellent English. I would like to thank the staff with whom I had to communicate every day, Komuni is a wonderful leader and she is the star of the Hilton, Sagan, Benjamin, Ganmav are also the best of the best. Thank you very much, I will definitely come again.

The location was the best, it is well situated, close to malls, restaurants and supermarket. The area also feels safe. The hotel and room is clean. Doorman/security always greet you with a nice smile and conversation. Unfortunately not every front office/receptionist communicates well in english however Reena was really helpful all the time and she speaks fluent english and understands well. Housekeeper Mahendra is also very nice, always a good time meeting with him, he is polite and very pleasant and he have a good eye for detail, he cleans the room really well and always making different decorations/origami with towels that everytime you enter your room, there is a big smile on your face.

Had a fantastic experience at Hilton Garden Inn Saket, Delhi. Chhavi, Moli, Bhavay, and Gaurav were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests—their warmth truly made my stay memorable. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety, and the restaurant staff were just as hospitable and attentive. I would highly, highly recommend this hotel for both the service and the overall experience!

The service was excellent. Associates were friendly. Assistant Restaurant Manager went out of the way to assist me. Security Supervisor who is in the morning shift was really friendly and helpful.
